Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the legal conditions of the deportation among the three countries, China, Philippine and Indonesia including the cases and the statistics about their removal.
The crimes such as voice phishing, drug, internet frauds and human trafficking in Asian countries have the phenomenons of the systematization and transnational cooperation among the countries. The established mutual assistance in criminal matters and criminal extradition have the limitation on the crime occurrence and the prevention because they take long time to cooperate with other countries through the diplomatic channels.
Therefore, it is necessary to find and make some other ways to prevent the crimes in Asian countries. The collaborative action about the deportation in immigration law and the Asian convention of the crime prevention can be discussed.
The legal systems to interpret and enforce regulations including the law about the deportation and extradition of these countries are different, It brings the difficulties to deal with the crimes effectively occurred in Asian countries.
Although the economic and human exchange are expanded among Asian countries, the Asian countries have not tried enough to solve the problems and the difficulties.
This research is focused on the three countries: China, Philippine and Indonesia. It is necessary to conduct the legal research towards other Asian countries like Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The result of the research need to be shared with legal entities and people as related countries in Asia.
The untoward circumstances and difficulties about the cooperation among Asian counties are from the various languages, the diverse religions and economic differentials. Nevertheless, it is not impossible for Asian countries having the same criminal phenomenon to overcome the difficulties and find the cooperative ways through having the common realization and joint confrontation toward the Asian stability that could not deal with only its own criminal policy.
