KICJ signs MOU with Korean Association of Comparative Private Law

The Korean Institute of Criminology and Justice (President Tae-Hoon Ha) signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Korean Association of Comparative Private Law (Chairman Jin-Ki Lee) on November 5th, 2021. Through the MOU, both parties will actively cooperate by conducting collaborative research projects, hosting joint academic seminars, exchanging research personnel, providing educational sponsorship to events such as lectures and forums, and sharing information and documents. In the ceremony, President Ha (KICJ) delivered a speech, saying “We expect to reinforce research capacity on the issues in the field of civil and commercial law as well as to promote various research projects and academic events together with the Korean Association of Comparative Private Law.” Chairman Lee (KACPL) said “Through the MOU, we hope to collaborate in research projects, academic activities, and pioneering new research fields.”
