On July 20th, iCPCJ members from the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) visited KICJ for a seminar with the Electronic Monitoring Division of the Ministry of Justice. After a presentation on the Electronic Monitoring system of sex offenders, a lively Q&A session was held on the practical aspects of the system.
