On October 23, KICJ and Constitutional Research Institute of the Constitutional Court of Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on enhancing the expertise and quality of research.

KICJ President Tae-hoon Ha commented: “We expect great potential for collaborative research in combining the legal and normative approaches of the Constitutional Research Institute with KICJ’s empirical research.”
