On July 23, a group of scholars of the China Association of Criminal Procedure Law visited the Korean Institute of Criminology (KIC) as part of their academic activities in Korea. Dr. Kim Zin-Hwan, President of the KIC, welcomed the delegation led by Dr. Bian Jianlin, President of the Association, and exchanged views on the latest issues in criminal law in both countries. The possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding for academic exchange and cooperation was also explored.
