On June 28, KICJ and Jeju Municipal Police convened the ‘Special Judicial Police Future Development Forum’ at Jeju Sun Hotel in Jeju-do.

Commencing with KICJ Vice President Dr. Jun Hwi Park’s speech, Superintendent Jeong-keun Ko from Jeju Municipal Police spoke on ‘Key Achievements and Future Challenges of Jeju Municipal Police.’ Prof. Keun-Woo Lee of Gachon University and KICJ Research Fellow Dr. Je Seong Cho delivered the thematic presentation. Discussants included Won-myung Kang, Director of the Eco-friendly Livestock Policy Division of Jeju-do; Chae-myung Ahn, Director of the Incheon Special Judicial Police Division of Incheon City; Tae-woong Yun, Senior Research Fellow of Governors Association of Korea; and Moon-kyu Hwang, Secretary General of Gyeongsangnam-do Municipal Police Committee.
