Director Seong-Jin Yeon and Deputy Director Jea Hyen Soung of International Strategic Research Center attended the First Global Meeting of Focal Points of the United Nations Survey of Crime Trends and Operations of Criminal Justice Systems (UN-CTS). This meeting was organized by the Research and Trends Analysis Branch, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The meeting was held on May 9~11 at the Vienna International Centre (VIC) in Vienna, Austria. This meeting took place in order to discuss how to improve the quality and availability of crime statistics at the national and international level.
