Legislative Exchange TF of the Korea Legislation Research Institute held the 2nd ALIN Expert Forum on Asia Law under the theme, “Tackling Cyberbullying in the Asian High-Tech Playground, on May 24th, 2012. A world-renowned scholar, researchers and experts were present. The invited speaker, Cheung, S.Y. Anne, professor of the University of Hong, delivered a lecture on the topic. Lee Won Sang, Associate Research Fellow, team leader of Cybercrime Research Unit of the Korean Institute of Criminology (KIC), participated in the forum as a speaker. He presented current laws and characteristics of cyberbulling in Korea and had a discussion on cyberbulling in Asia.
