On October 27th, KICJ convened its third Expert Group Meeting of the year with faculty members from Korean and UK institutions.

Participants included Prof. Stephen Farral from the University of Nottingham, Prof. Sung-Hee Lee and Prof. Alex Nunn from the University of Derby, Prof. Christine Haley from the University of Wales, Prof. Trent Bax from Ehwa Womans University, Prof. Sun Hee Baek from Seoul Theological University, and Prof. Natalia Gerodetti from Leeds Beckett University.

Prof. Farral spoke on desistance from crime, discussing examples of initiatives from different countries for fostering desistance and managing (ex-)offenders. KICJ Research Fellows Dr. Jin Yu, Dr. Jisun Choi, Dr. Yoori Seong, Dr. Seong-Hoon Park, and Dr. Nanghee Kim participated in the discussions.
